Built from an owner’s perspective.
Short Stays began with Frank’s interest in buying and operating vacation properties. His experience with homes in New York’s Hudson Valley brought him into the work behind the stay: preparing a property, coordinating people, looking after guests, and understanding the numbers.
Finding the right acquisition at the right economics proved difficult. The business evolved toward helping owners operate the homes they already had.
Today, that experience shapes Short Stays in Southern Arizona: practical property decisions, attentive operations, and communication that gives owners a clear picture of their home.
