SHORT STAYS
Seasonal home care

Go where life takes you.
Keep your home cared for.

For snowbirds, second-home owners, and part-time residents who want a local partner while they are away.

Let's talk about your property ↗
When you are away

Local attention for your home.

A recurring home care plan can keep you connected to the property without managing every appointment from a distance.

01

Scheduled property checks

Agree a visit frequency and checklist for the home. Visits can help surface visible issues and provide an update while you are away.

02

Maintenance coordination

Coordinate access and follow-up for agreed pool, landscape, HVAC, cleaning, and repair providers. Vendor charges remain separate from the care plan.

03

Arrival & departure preparation

Plan the practical tasks around your seasonal schedule, including cleaning coordination, access, and agreed readiness checks.

04

One local point of contact

Have a person to contact when a vendor needs access or an issue needs coordinating. Response arrangements are defined in the service scope.

Rental income, when it fits

Your calendar comes first.

A home you occupy in winter has a different rental calendar from a full-time vacation rental. We assess the actual dates available.

01

Care without renting

You can discuss home care on its own. Renting the property is optional, and your personal use remains central to the plan.

02

Rent selected periods

If you want to host guests while away, we assess the available dates, setup, restrictions, and economics before adding rental management.

Owner questions

A few things to know.

Is the subscription unlimited maintenance?

No. A recurring plan covers the agreed visits and coordination. Repairs, materials, third-party services, extra visits, and larger projects are priced or approved separately.

How often will you visit?

We agree the frequency around the home, its systems, and your preferences. The scope should make clear what is checked and how updates are communicated.

Do I have to rent the home?

No. Home care and rental management can be discussed separately. If you later want to rent, we review readiness and create an additional scope.

Does home care replace my insurance or a professional inspection?

No. A scheduled visual check is not a comprehensive technical inspection or a guarantee against damage. You should confirm your insurance requirements for an unoccupied or rented home.

Can you work with my existing vendors?

We can discuss retaining reliable vendors already familiar with the home. Access, schedules, billing, and responsibilities are established during setup.

Your next step

Let’s plan for your time away.

Tell us where the home is and when you use it. We can talk through care, coordination, and optional rental support.
